I am facing the below issue during the SQL 2012 installation on Windows Server 2008 R2.

I tried to ignore those installation error & proceed the access the SQL Management studio, it does not allow me to login with the error "Reason: Server is in single user mode. Only one administrator can connect at this time. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 18461)". I tried to reboot the server, and now the SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) services is not able to start. The default Log On As account is "NT Service\MSSQLSERVER"

How to get rid of these errors? What should I do to the msdb database? How to make the SSMS accessible?
It is a new installation.

Thank you. Regards, Kâpeng
