This rule failure is bizarre as I was able to install SQL Server 2008R2 and 2012, both of which had this as a pre-requisite as well. I have verified that the feature is turned on as well as the .Net Version installed in the registry plus tried to manually install ehte KB and get a message that the KB is already installed. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thxs
